How do I open an account?
After registering as a player at Party Bingo, the next step is to open an account and make a deposit. To open an account click here.

What is the minimum amount I have to deposit?
Minimum deposit is $25. Most players deposit in excess of $50 to allow them to play for a while without having to make another transaction. Maximum deposit is $500. You may deposit as often as you like up to this daily limit with a monthly maximum of $2000.

I have a query regarding my account. What do I do?
First contact your chat leader in the game chat room. If the chat leader cannot assist you, then please send an e-mail to support@bingoworkz.com. Describe your problem in as much detail as you can, and remember to include your name, nickname and e-mail address. We will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.


How many cards can I play?
You may play from 1 to 100 cards per game. The limit of 100 cards makes the games fairer for everybody, as the bigger players will not be able to increase their chances of winning by too much.
But remember, the more cards you buy the higher your chances of winning. Although there are only nine cards visible on your screen at any given time, the game software will automatically keep track of all your cards, and inform you if you win. By playing in autoplay mode, you will be able to see whenever one of your numbers comes up. Your computer will automatically mark it off for you, so you really can play as many cards as you wish. There is also the function of "Best Order", so if you are playing more than 9 cards, you can see your best cards at any given time.

How much do cards cost?
At Party Bingo, the default card price is .25c However we also have regular nickel games and dime games, and sometimes your chat leader may even change the card prices at random if the players request it.
Card prices also vary according to our game specials. All cards purchased for the Top of the Day game will cost .50c All cards purchased for the Top of the Week games will cost one dollar.

Can I buy cards in advance?
Yes you can. You may buy as many cards as you wish for up to ten games in the future.

Can I keep the same cards from game to game?
No, you cannot keep the same bingo cards from game to game. Our game server randomly creates and distributes new bingo cards for each new game. As in a live bingo hall or casino, players can only play each card once for every individual game. We do this to keep the game totally fair and honest.

Is there always a winner?
Yes, every game always has a winner. Sometimes there may even be more than one winner, in which case the game prize or jackpot is shared accordingly. The winner's nickname is broadcast to all players that are logged on to our server. This confirms that the game has ended and that the winner has been awarded the game prize.

How is the prize money determined?
Every game's prize is determined by the number of cards purchased for the previous game. A percentage of card sales is allocated to the game in play, to the Top of the Hour game, the Top of the Day game, the Top of the Week game, and the random progressive Jackpot. The more folks playing and the more cards purchased, the bigger the prizes!!

How do I get paid if I win?
All winnings are automatically credited to your account at the end of every game. You may click on "My Account" to view your balance whenever you choose.

You may request a payout at any time. According to Visa and MasterCard regulations, Party Bingo will attempt to credit your card with any requested payout, equal to the same amount as your last six months deposits. Excess winnings will be paid out according to the method you request. This may be wire transfer, check, or person to person money order. If you use PayPal to deposit, then all winnings will be paid to you via that service.

How much can I win?
All game prizes and Jackpots are determined by the number of players and the number of cards purchased. A percentage of card sales is allocated to the game in play, to the Top of the Hour game, the Top of the Day game, the Top of the Week game, and the random progressive Jackpot.

Currently, every TOH game has a $1000 prize, TOD game has a $2500 prize, and TOW game has a $10,000 prize if won in a set number of balls. What happens if there is more than one winner?
In the event that there is more than one winner of a game, our server will split the winning prize equally between the number of winners. Winning amounts will be credited to each players account. How long does a game last?
At Party Bingo we currently begin a new game every ten minutes (six games per hour). However, we will soon be running a new game every six minutes (ten games per hour). If my connection fails, am I kicked out of the game?
Our software has been programmed to track every card purchased for every game played. So even if you're disconnected, for whatever reason, if you purchased the winning card you will still win the game prize. In addition, we notify all winners via e-mail after every game. As long as you have pre-purchased cards, you stand the same chance of winning as everybody else, no matter what!

I'm having technical trouble. What do I do?
First, check in with the chat leader on duty in the chat room. If they cannot assist, send an email to techsupport@bingoworkz.com They will get back to you as soon as possible. Just write TECH PROBLEM or something similar in the subject of your email to let them know what is happening, then be as detailed as you can about the nature of the problem, the time it occurred, the game you were playing, etc. Remember to provide your name and contact details as well.
More often than not however, you will find the problem is a minor technical issue, or a problem with your local service provider.
