How to put site visitors in the mood
Foreign real estate is a competitive market. Prospective customers are often overwhelmed with offerings. To make Casa Fair a standout, we needed quick visuals without intrusive or pushy sales to set the mood. Music was added in this redesign as well as bringing out more eye-catching (and emotion grabbing) pictures with a gallery and virtual tours of the properties for sale.
The virtual vacation effect is carried throughout the site. While best viewed with Flash enabled, the site also works well without it. We were pleased with the high-class, cultured look that emerged. By mimicking postcard-quality visuals, we met the expectations of the target demographic, driving further contact.
